Hey! We're Ashley & Connor
We're the husband-and-wife team behind Fading West Collective, and yeah, we live in a bus. Like, a literal school bus that we converted into a tiny home on wheels. It's exactly as wild as it sounds.
A few years ago, we looked at each other and said, "What if we just... didn't do the normal thing?" So we quit our jobs, adopted two ridiculous dogs, built out a bus, and hit the road to photograph weddings across the entire country.
🚌 About The Bus
Her name is Ghost the Skoolie. She's got solar panels, a tiny kitchen, a bed that's surprisingly comfy, and two very spoiled dogs who think every scenic overlook is just for them.
Why We Do This
Because life's too short for boring photos. Because we believe love looks different for everyone, and that's what makes it beautiful. Because some of the best weddings we've shot have been two people, a cliff, and a promise.
We're not here to make you stand awkwardly and smile on command. We're here to hang out, crack jokes, probably become friends with your weird uncle, and capture the real stuff — the belly laughs, the happy tears, the chaotic dance floor moments.
